I was born in San Jose, CA and have called the Blossom Valley area Home for over 30 years. There is nothing like coming back from a long trip with my family and seeing the High Rises of the new Downtown San Jose as I quickly pass through Fremont. Even as I drive by the many High Rises in the Downtown area that shine so bright in the day I can’t wait to get home. I am driving to an area of San Jose that I have loved all my life, Blossom Valley.

 The South San Jose area called Blossom Valley has every thing a young family or first time homebuyers could want. Great neighbors, good schools, incredible deals, secure neighborhoods and just an all around wonderful community. While prices have been basically flat in the 95123 area, the price per square foot has been heading downward. While not a sign of strength in a market, larger homes are coming more available and buyers are tending to get more home for their money in Blossom Valley. Inventory continues to climb lately with 162 properties available this week. The median house size is 1,604 sq ft with the median lot size being 4,501 - 6500 sq ft. Many of the homes in Blossom Valley were built over 40 years ago so the trees and community are both well established. 

Yesterday as I watched my daughters running around their schools track it made me think again of how much I love calling Blossom Hill Home.
