You should not just view this list but sign up to have new listings sent right to your email, as they become available. This feature allows you to tell your computer the rooms the area the school district almost any search criteria you can think of and have homes sent right to your email when they FIRST come on the market.
If looking to sell a San Jose Home
We take multiple pictures of your home because we know that buyers want to see pictures. Realtor.com has stated that over 95% of home buyers requested to see more pictures of the homes for sale to determine which homes they wanted to visit. Buyers want to see pictures; multiple pictures adds up to multiple visits which adds up to a faster sell. And now we have the ability to offer Virtual Tours. Again, I can't seem to stress enough the need for great pictures.
